  I went to drive thru and they didn't know what coffee latte is, so I had to respond with ingredients, which I barely know exactly myself. I've told them I always order coffee latte from dunkin (other locations). She handed me the drink with ice and it had droplets all over it I had to ask for napkins so it's not all over my car. I told her to do light ice and to actually remove some of the ice as I saw there was plenty of it, she became frustrated all of a sudden with me. The drink itself didn't look anything like coffee latte and when I tasted it, it tastes like milk, no actual coffee in it. I asked for coffee to be more awake, but I got completely different drink and I don't like it at all. Wish to get a refund, but I didn't even get a receipt for it. Never coming back here, rude employees and bad service.

  They rushed me to order and got upset when I added items, they rushed me at the window and messed up out half dozen order and when I let her know she replaced them but squished them into the ba completely taking parts of the frosting off with her fingers and than laughed at me at the window when she gave it to me. Charged me for a bacon avocado but didn’t add the bacon to the avocado and barley spread the avocado on the toast. Also forgot my straw had to get one from my hotel and by than my coffee was watered down. They spend more time giving you dirty looked at the window for messing up your order than they do paying attention to the order they have at hand, most likely ruining the next persons order as well. In this work environment having 3 over paid workers running around is more efficient than having 10 orders that get in each others way and look at each other in embarrassment when a co-worker messes up and stare at customers. In this nee age society of ours, these children work harder at trying to rage bait a customer than provide customer service. You can only blame poor management and entitled workers due to their wages, completely overpaid. When employees were getting by paid $11 an hour they had much more respect for how they contributed to the world.

  I was standing in line. I was the only person in the store. One of the regulars came in behind me and the server immediately served him. The person looked at me and asked me if I was all set. I said I am now and I walked out of the store. This is ridiculous. I don’t care if it’s a regular or not. I was the next person in line and I should’ve been served.

  Never met a more disrespectful staff did not make my coffee right did not ring it in correctly when I asked for this to be corrected I was met with attitude from all staff and them going to eachother saying well it was rung in right she should just pay for another one and then to have them hand me back a coffee spilling everywhere no straw asked for a straw one was thrown at me I used to work in the food service industry and frankly if I was to ever speak to anyone that way or pull a stunt like that would’ve been instant termination yall need to check yourselves it’s a coffee spot not a 5 star restraunt I know it’s stressful but you really need to have the correct personality to work those jobs and frankly the employees they got there are def not that will not be returning hope this location gets either redone or closed in the near future waste of time and money
