    Very unprofessional, my sandwiches were dry and the bread seemed stale. There was state cops and homeless people being arrested and searched outside as well. Definitely not too kid friendly for a McDonald's

    We ordered a sundae, a bacon McDouble, and 2 double cheeseburgers and came out with 2mcchickens and a small fry. I love how they told us what we wanted. What’s the point of ordering? 🤣 (overnight shift)

    Very busy restaurant so you know the food will be hot. Friendly people fast service. The only thing that makes the restaurant look ugly in the outside is the panhandlers. But the food is always Hot.

    Usually a good experience and thankful for the Gomez Family for opening their locations in Western Mass. However when they screw up your order or forget a menu item they are hesitant to replace it on your next visit. When you call to let them know they forgot something no one ever answers the phone. The employees are mostly hard workers and probably just listening to management, however if they forgot something from my order and I’m calling to let them know they should replace it next time, reimburse you, or provide an extra item. But if I sit in line and double check my order I would be the bad person for taking extra time. I’m not going to go home with my food and come back because they forgot something. Anyway there’s a newer guy who takes orders and hands the food at the 2nd window most nights. He is a very good worker and needs a promotion. Not sure of his name but he is a Hispanic male maybe 20s-30s. Also the middle aged Hispanic woman who works nights is great, even when she is very fast! I have average over 100-200k points monthly and easily spend $100 a week at your location, but I can take my business elsewhere. Please get a proper system in place where you can receive feedback both good and bad. You shouldn’t be blamed when they forgot your fries, burger, drink, nuggets, or ice cream. With a large order it’s easy to over look something, especially when you are being rushed. Remember Mr. Gomez that it’s us customers who made you become the successful man that you are today.
