They don't always have what I'm looking for in the Goya/International sections... But they do have a variety of food items you can use to replace certain ingredients for cooking meals at home. Besides the robot "Marty" popping up to scare me once in awhile their customer service is great when I'm in need of guidance! I love the Pistachio ice cream they have! đź’š

I am a regular customer at the Stop & Shop in Holyoke mass on Northampton Street. I am a DoorDash so I do shopping at the store. I had a bad experience with the night manager and one of the staff members they would not get me my broccoli and it was only 10 of 9 PM. I have a TBI traumatic brain injury so I get very nervous and upset and I started to get upset and the manager just started making fun of me and she wouldn’t get me to broccoli and she was very rude. I have to say this, but the staff there they are so lazy they would not help me get me my broccoli for my customer. I have never been treated at that store with such disrespect and she knows what I mean that night manager and also the gentleman that got me the broccoli he finally got it but I asked him for help because I couldn’t find the items in the store as a Doordash you’re able to ask the staff for helpthey would not help me very rude staff at night not all the staff just that night manager and the gentleman I have their names, but I don’t have them with me right now

I was in this store at 215pm on 9/5/25 and picked up an 8 piece fried chicken and quickly realized there were only 7 pieces in the container. When I brought it to the young kids attention in the department, he just said "yea, we ran out, but it's still the same price". I said "wow really"?? So you advertise 8 pieces for 7.99 but only sell 7 pieces in the container?? What was worse was the apathetic attitude of the young kid!!!! His 'I dont care' attitude was what put me over the top. False advertising is what this is called!!!!
