  They are lazy they don’t do their jobs right the people working don’t care about customers service in this store they don’t even give u napkins or your condiments cause they trynna do the job so fast don’t even do it right and is all the time they never fail cause I understand but this store is just lazy

  This location has ongoing issues with cleanliness, professionalism, and management. The store is often dirty, and staff behavior is disrespectful. I’ve witnessed homeless individuals being treated very poorly, which is upsetting and unnecessary. Management does not seem to correct or care about how employees speak to or treat people. During my most recent visit, I was a paying customer who ordered food and went to use the restroom. There were other individuals in the restroom area who were not associated with me and appeared to be causing a disturbance. Management called the police, which I understand. However, when police arrived, I was also told to leave and was treated as if I were involved, despite doing nothing wrong. This was embarrassing and unfair. Employees frequently joke around and play in the kitchen, which leads to long wait times and incorrect orders. My order has been messed up almost every visit. Overall, this location needs serious improvement in cleanliness, customer service, and management accountability.
