Stopped by at 8:30am on a Sunday. Drive thru was busy; about 8 cars moving slow. Decided to walk in to order and use facilities. Stood at counter over 5 minutes. No one acknowledged us standing there. No one made eye contact. No one even attempted to get our order. I understand that it was Sunday and that they were busy in the Drive-Thru. However, to run an efficient business, you should at least have one person attending people walking in at the counter. We walked out and went to McDonald's for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Great service at McD's.

I’ve been here four times. The counters are always a mess. I’ve waited for my order when it’s literally sitting behind the counter. The food is always burnt and the last time, and this is the last time I come here. The service was absolutely horrendous. The employees cannot communicate with one another and they ignore the customers. I asked three times about my order being complete, the first person told me to “hold up” the second one was decent enough to ask one of the others but did not acknowledge me, and the third person literally ignored me as she is playing around with boxes and food bags before she slowly looked at my stuff and then took the pink tag, grabbed a sticker, and stuck it to the coffee, then called it out as if I hadn’t literally asked her about it a minute prior to. It had been sitting there, completed for 5 minutes while the employees argued about whether a customer is allowed to have whip cream on her coffee. There are sugar packets all over the counters, right above the ice and the ice is left wide open. It’s a disgusting mess in there.

Had to abandon a mobile order bc I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, barely moving. I'm going to stop coming here bc it's constantly packed, and they obviously don't staff enough for the volume. In the past, I've had to wait a long time but the coffee was at least made right. Cannot recommend
