So, I decided to order again today and the tracker said my order would arrive at 7:20pm. I live 5 minutes from the store. I saw the “quality check” was done at 7:10. I kept checking since my food did not come by the 7:20 time. All of a sudden at 7:45 I get an update that says my food will arrive between 8:25 and 8:38….again I live 5 minutes from the store. I called and was only told “yea we are really busy”. So I anticipate ice cold pizza that sat on a shelf for 45 minutes before being dispatched and will apparently take 40 minutes to go less than 1 miles away from the store. Probably should listen to the reviews.

Went outside to find no delivery, called Fernando back and found out he was at the wrong address. We then walked him through how to get here. He drive passed us while on the phone telling him to stop. He came back 5 minutes later and started beeping. I’m now pizza less and at a loss for words….
