  There is nothing I find more disturbing and disgusting more than finding hair in my food. I had ordered their patty and the goat legumes. 1- There was what looked like a piece of fluff from either a shirt or sweater inside the patty and It was a long pull. YUCK! 2- In the meat from my legumes I found a thick black hair in the bone sticking out of the marrow. ABSOLUTELY disgusting! They need to take care of this ASAP because that’s unhygienic and unsafe in my opinion. Wear hair nets, wash your hands! Gloves and aprons of some sort idk but this should not be happening! Quality control is important and customers should NOT have to experience such a thing as finding hair in food. 😔 so disappointing. Truly wanted to support but this turned me SO OFF! Grossed out.

  It's always a pleasure to visit PiBonAn. Good food, good service, good atmosphere, the location is really accessible. The server was excellent, she communicated pretty well and clear.

  I had an amazing time there. Was referred by a friend and came all the way from New York. Great food. The vibe was great. Don’t regret it at all.

  I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend and decided to visit. The food, I must say, was excellent—no complaints there. However, the service was unfortunately a major disappointment. This was not my first experience with Haitian restaurants, and while I know the food can be great, the customer service often falls short. I waited nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes for my order. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, and the space was very cramped, with many customers, including delivery drivers, waiting. When the staff finally appeared, the young woman at the counter seemed quite dismissive. They were handling bags with bare hands, searching for order tickets, rather than using a more organized system like stapling tickets to bags. After asking for my order, the staff member left without any explanation and returned an 10 minutes later, requesting another 15 minutes. I strongly encourage the management to invest in customer service training, especially at the front desk, to ensure a smoother experience for all guests.
