No response, I've submitted 3 times now. I've gone into the store. I was told I need to use the online support. I explained I did 3 times now with not even a reply back, and was again told that was my only option. The missing bowl was $30 and left a family member with no food during our gathering. Mistake happen but to not even get a reply back is unacceptable.

This is so embarrassing for a restaurant. You can’t even tell with your own eyes that this rice is uncooked when you see it, it’s very obvious in person. It’s very unbelievable.
