    Worst Customer Service! I have tried this new location in Haverhill twice now, and both times left with a bad experience! The first time I walked in, curious as a first time customer, the girl at the register had zero personality to the point of being rude. Asking her questions was painful and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. The food was not bad, but way overpriced. Today, I decided to give it another try, but chose their curbside pickup option. I arrived right at my scheduled pickup time when I was told my order would be ready. I waited an extra 10+ minutes and then called and asked if there was a problem. They said no, but that they were busy so they were running behind. I said okay, but while I was waiting I noticed a large walk-in crowd go inside—they serviced every single walk-in and still had not brought my order out to me. I’m now 20+ minutes past my scheduled pickup time and I had already paid in full. I called again and asked them if they were going to be able to bring me my order soon. They said yes, but they were very busy. I said okay. At the 30+ minute mark past my scheduled pickup time I went inside and asked that they give me my order immediately as my sandwiched was getting cold, my smoothie was melting, and my poor dog was in the car waiting. The girl looked startled that I would come in and demand my order. She didn’t even apologize, she just handed me my order. At this point I had placed my order an hour ago, and it was now 35 minutes past the scheduled pickup up time. This is unacceptable. I have not experienced such poor customer service like this in a long time. They did not apologize and they did not offer to refund me. I will NEVER give the Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Haverhill location my business ever again. I will make sure my friends and family also know how poorly they are running this business.
