Quality of food is a disgraced to the chain names and i would have given this place zero stars if i could. The owner seriously needs to clean house and start with all new workers!

They never have napkins or plastic utensils stocked. They all hide in the back so no one is ever near the counter when you need to speak to someone. The regular Baja blast is diet and the diet is diet too. The place is never clean. The doors and self ordering kiosks are disgusting. 35° outside right now and it’s equally as cold inside. I can literally see my breath as I type this. The manager behind the counter is holding her phone while talking on speaker and typing with gloves on. Proceeds to push her glasses up the bridge of her nose and wipe her face and then starts handling food. This place needs to be shut down for being so unsanitary.

Half the staff doesn't know the menu items and give you the wrong food at seemingly random prices that change between visits. Yet again given the wrong order today at a random price, not going back again despite the convenient location. Definitely one of the worst fast food places I've eaten at. Trash service
