Drive through now is all AI, starts with a really loud one asking for a code, then when you order the other one just keeps asking you to order more than you wanted. After six different questions from an AI after I already ordered I got pretty frustrated. AI is better than a lot of drive through attendants but unless you want to talk to a computer for two minutes just to finish ordering you’re better off going in or asking for the operator from the start.
