  I go to many different Otto pizzas in Boston and they never failed me. This place failed. The dough definitely needed to be cooked more. And this is the first time that the pizza was covered in grease as it was soaked underneath. The pesto was not cooked properly as it tasted different and it didn’t look like it usually does. This place would be busy like all the others I visited if they knew how to make Otto pizza correctly but they don’t and it’s extremely empty. This location needs to learn how to cook again.

  Ordered buffalo chicken pizza. It was ready on time , brought it home, ate one bite and the chicken itself was disgusting, obviously old and had a weird taste too it making the pizza inedible. As a chef I know old chicken and this was terrible. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

  The food is delicious. They are on the expensive side, but worth it as their quality is amazing. They have a loyalty program, deals etc which makes it comparable in price to run of the mill pizza shops. The potato pizza is so good and the other places locally who made it have all closed. Also toddler approved - my almost 2 year old had their cheese pizza and breadsticks and he loved them. He loves to dip dip his breadsticks in the marinara.

  Did you change the gluten free crust? What I received last night tastes like flavorless cardboard. The last GF pizza I got from you had a crust that appeared more homemade. That’s why I loved Otto, because its GF crust was a step up from the local pizza place. I’m hoping you ran out and had to improvise.
