I dropped my drink and the manager tried to tell me it’s not her problem and she can’t make a new one. She acts like it comes out of her pocket. She made it though, and if she hadn’t I would’ve walked in there myself and done it because there’s no way I’m paying 5 dollars for not getting a replacement. We’re all human and accidents happen. And she’s trying to protect the funds of a multi trillion dollar corporation while she gets paid 17 dollars an hour.

She went above and beyond to ensure my drive-thru order was accurate and took the time to explain how to properly apply my coupon, kindly letting me know that I needed to spend a little more to qualify for the discount. On top of her attention to detail, Awilda was incredibly friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with when I pulled up to pay. Her professionalism and joyful personality truly stood out, and I sincerely hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you so much and I really appreciate your help, Awilda!

Had a few cases where I’ve placed a mobile order, went to pick it up using the code, no one answers and when I drive by, there’s always an employee(s) on their phone in the back room. Why have a night crew if they aren’t going to work it? Also never got my refund in both orders through the mobile app because it says they’re open (“the order is being processed”) and there’s absolutely NO customer service; not like they care anyway. Heads up for anyone lookin’ to come here past midnight.
