  Always in drive thru for what feels like forever, when asked to pull to the 2nd window, im forgotten, went this am and the gentleman working the window handed out the wrong orders, watched customer in front of me hand it back to him, and happened when i pulled up to get my order, i try to give this place a time out then see if it has gotten better, but overall i wont be starting my day here anymore, bc america does not run on that dunks, lol be prepared to park

  Waited 10 minutes at the empty drive through before walking in.... but they were no customers at all. None of them speak English and it took the lady 4 minutes to figure out what a "Blue Raspberry Rockstar Energy Drink" was. I lost brain cells from this experience, don't waste your time just go to the on Pleasant street

  Don’t go here. They are extremely slow. Inside you will wait 10 minutes for 2 munchkins! When my daughter asked Lucy the floating manager for her 2 munchkins after waiting the 10 minutes, she told her to wait because she needed to help the other person in line. When there was already the 8 people waiting for stuff. She needed to help the 8 people get their orders and out the door before having more people wait….Drive thru you will wait 13 minutes for 1 iced coffee. Then they will hand it to you with an attitude because they don’t want to do the job that is paying them…..

  If you like sitting at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, when there is not a single other customer inside or at the drive thru, cone to this dunks. It's a regular occurrence at night. Employees too busy on their phones, or dancing to the incredibly loud music.
