I've been here three times and had problems three times. The first two times waited more than 10 minutes and they messed up our coffee today we were in line for almost 25 minutes because they're short staff and can't figure out how to run the store. Absolutely disgusting customer service, they got nothing but kids working there who don't care..... Do yourself a favor and go up the road to the other dunkin' donuts

- ABaustin blanchetteNov 25, 20255.0I don’t usually care to write reviews but after the customer service I had received today I thought I needed to share, I went to my local dunks this morning and made a order but I messed it up and I went up to the window and spoke to Carlos about me messing up my own order and asked if he could fix an he made me feel like I was not a burden to ask and was very happy to do it. That’s the kind of service I would love to see more of…..thank you again Carlos!!!!!!!
