On several different occasions, I’ve ordered a shaken espresso and had to ask for it to be remade because it clearly wasn’t shaken, just stirred or poured over ice. What’s frustrating is that even when I explain nicely and ask for it to be shaken properly, they take it back and just return the same drink. It’s like they’re hoping I won’t notice. And when I do say something, I get attitude for simply asking for my drink to be made the way it's supposed to be. This isn’t just a one time issue, it happens whether I use the drive-thru, walk in, or even place a mobile order. It’s disappointing to see this kind of inconsistency and lack of care from a place I’ve supported for years. Hope the management can get things back on track.
