    Usually pretty good, mostly correct orders. Sometimes they don’t even try to get your order even partly right. Went through the drive through this morning to get my coffee, ordered large iced pumpkin with cream and sugar. Drove up and they told me they “lost my order, it was a caramel swirl?” I said no and they asked again for what I ordered. I told them again. They gave me my coffee and I left for work. Fast forward my 15 min drive and I finally get to sip my coffee. Definitely not what I ordered. I checked do a label and found one. They gave me caramel swirl with oat milk. Not even close to what I ordered. I feel bad for whoever it was that got my coffee if that’s what happened. Moral of the story, triple check your order before you drive away. This isn’t the first time it happened to me.
