  I have never had any issues with the food we have ordered here. I have never had missing items, cold food etc. Only once did it take almost 2 hours for our food to get to us but we ordered super late. Considering that is the only issue we ever had, we are very satisfied with them. Maybe they were short staffed that night, had excessive deliveries etc. I am thankful they are open so late as they seem to be the only place open past 10pm which is so convenient for a late night where we haven't eaten anything yet and have zero motivation to cook something. Their prices when using coupons are great.

  This Domino's location is trash, we'll start with the positives, I like how late they are open, it was edible, I did get through it, and it filled both me and my wife up. Negatives: outrageous pricing for a fast food style pizza (18.50 or something for a LG pepperoni reg crust), that's what you would pay at a real takeout shop or restaurant, small sized pizza for a large and for what they charge, dry/sandpaperlike exterior and underneath, not enough of any ingredient (dough, sauce or cheese), long wait for the pizza, probably because it was way over cooked, that cook time should have been 10 minutes for a pizza with almost no ingredient's on it, it took about 20 after I ordered, flat as a pancake, that whole pizza was flat, it wasn't even cut all the way through, you had to put one foot on the crust and pull with both arms to dislodge a slice that was only 1/8 of an inch thick, the flavor was also weak, I think thats because it had no ingredients on it and was overcooked. They should just catapult all of their intelligent visitors to little Caesars, their Haverhill location drags this Domino's location across the grass in every aspect of the battle, I didn't know a pepperoni pizza could be bad, but if somebody emotionally fragile received what I got today, things could get really ugly.

  Was hungry so decided to order dominos. Food was horrible and gave me food poisoning. I was not greeted at the door and was just given the pizza without eye contact no appreciate for the customer i do not like them

  I have three gift certificates because FOUR of my recent Domino’s orders were either completely wrong or never even delivered — even after the app showed “delivered.” One of your drivers decided not to knock, not to call, just leave with my food. The only bright spot in this mess was the amazing corporate rep, Sophia, who was actually helpful and mailed us three gift certificates. They came today — and at the bottom, it says delivery is accepted. But when I called, the guy on the phone said pickup only. Whatever. So now I’m forced to do pickup. Fine. At least this way I’ll actually get my food. I placed the order online for pickup, but somehow there’s still a delivery fee showing up on my pickup order. Wow — being charged to waste my own gas? Decided to call the store, and now I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes… and counting. The Haverhill store has completely turned me away from Domino’s. Might honestly be my last time ordering.

  Went to order a cheese pizza with extra mushrooms got home and realized real quick that the pizza had little to no cheese on it. Took it back and the woman was immediately rude. Stating that there was cheese and extra mushrooms. I was sincere but she just wanted me out of the shop. It was almost like she already knew the problem before I walked in and didn't want to do anything about it. Definitely not going back to the Haverhill location anytime soon. Was a lot better when it was a church.
