  So I ordered on the app my pizza was incorrect it was missing toppings and had the incorrect toppings. I wanted Philly steak and bacon they didn't have it so they just gave me sausage. They didn't call me I didn't receive anything on the app I was not notified that they didn't have these options I was given a refund but what kind of training is that. That's bad customer service if I called Haverhill house and they didn't have the toppings they would have called me back and I would have got a different Pizza. Bottom line bad training bad customer service refund or not total bullshit

  I order delivery and they forgot part of my order i called the store and they told me they were going to send it right away, they never did and they did not refund me my money. The pizzas are getting worse they barely put any toppings on it , you can count the amount of toppings.

  Rude people over the phone! Yeah it’s 11 but you signed up for this job! Gave them all my card information and everything then lost connection. I’ll be checking my bank account everyday.

  I recommend anyone thinking about ordering Domino’s avoid this location. The service is horrible, there’s zero accountability, and everything gets blamed on “technical issues.” Earlier this month, I ordered a couple of pizzas. The tracker said 45 minutes — delivery took 1 hour and 25 minutes. A second order later showed 38 minutes — again took over an hour. I called and explained it already happened twice. I was told, “Call back next time and we’ll take care of you with free pizzas.” Today, I called around 6:30 PM to place that order and reminded them of the situation. They said it was all set. Here’s how tonight went: • 6:59 PM – Driver supposedly left • 7:23 PM – Told driver was 5 minutes away • 7:50 PM – App says order completed (it was NOT delivered) • Call store — told the driver just came back • 8:04 PM – They re-enter the same order, promise 20 minutes • 8:45 PM – Call again, “5 minutes away” • 8:55 PM – Call again, now it’s “technical issues” They literally admitted they had my food but wouldn’t put it in the car and bring it because “it doesn’t work like that.” A 10–15 minute delivery turned into nearly 3 hours. I only ordered delivery because I couldn’t pick it up — otherwise I would have left long ago This start at 6:34 PM and was finally completed at 9:30 PM

  Run! Run! Run! Don’t order here. Service is terrible. Employees texting on their phones then touching the food. No gloves or washing there hands. Then the food comes out and they place it on some kind of cart right next to a trash barrel.
