They were so loud carrying on about non work things the women laughing and bantering back and forth so loud it really disrupted my lunch. Have fun but remember your at work and people are trying to eat in peace. When I came out of the restroom is was still going on. I had t I say to them "hey you all are very loud and I didn't enjoy listening to your conversations."" There was no supervision. Since then there is a noticable difference in a supervisor presence and the staff is now keeping the volume down and the patrons can enjoy their meal. I haven't had a bad visit since

Bowl looked like it was flipped upside down and now I’m here with a sick baby and inedible food because I don’t like guacamole and it’s all over my bowl. There’s no way to talk to a human to fix this and my door dash driver doesn’t give a crap. All I got is a free entree which I cannot use because delivery minimum is 10$. I spent my last money on this food. 25$ down the drain I want my money back.

I am then met with an attitude for simply asking for a side of a sauce that I will gladly pay for if I have to. If you have any further questions for them besides just grabbing your order, they will immediately get annoyed and turn around. I picked up my order that I placed in advance to be picked up about 5 minutes after they opened and the girl at the cashier already had an attitude. Please do better with your customer service, it makes people not want to return or ask for anything extra. The food was good but the atmosphere was not.
