My order was read back incorrectly, and I calmly corrected it: not 2 hot chocolates — I wanted 1/2 hot chocolate and 1/2 coffee. Instead of simply fixing it, the woman on the speaker became argumentative and hostile, insisting she’s “been doing this for 5 years” and that there’s “no button for that,” so that’s what it’s called. That’s not customer service — that’s confrontational and unprofessional. A polite correction should never turn into being spoken to like you’re a problem. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. Management should address this immediately before more customers are treated the same way.
