  Did a to go order and still waited 15 minutes for a coffee and sandwich at 5 am , kid running the food was slower that I thought humanly possible the kid was useless

  Genuienly always get orders wrong, u ask for 4 hasbrowns u get 3, u ask for 5 u get 0. You'll ask for a vanilla drink, theyll give u a frozen chocolate drink with banana... You return and ask the guy whos making ur missing hashbrown to please not touch his personal phone with the same gloves their using to handle ur food. He then gives attitude, when your just trying to eat safely without getting sick.

  Ordered a Black Americano today 3/25/26 @ 8:17am. I got a cup filled of foam. I asked what is this. The employee said it’s just foam from the hot water. What do you mean? I never seen hot water produce foam? So needless to say I wouldn’t trust the foam or the machines they’re making coffee in.

  I don't know what kind of workers they have work at the winter st. Dunkin's in haverhill. Someone should be fired. Literally changing my whole entire order and giving me something that I was allergic to. I ordered. I'm a md ice coffee, caramel and coconut and three creams. the store gave me a medium hazel nut 4 creams and 4 sugars. Well never come back here. Some people are allergic to hazelnut, and substituting coconut for hazelnut is not the move to go.🤬

  Order #: 4795 Date: 02/25/2026 Time: 10:39 AM I ordered egg and cheese croissant and Avocado toast with a fried egg. Im very much upset with the service they provide me.I never in my life ate a bacon but they made me do it.As they had added in the crossiant.Also i have ordered Avacado toast where they never added a fried egg in it.I asked for them but gave the same thing.Please check your orders and thank you!!!
