    Witnessed 20+ people waiting in line with full shopping carts, one employee. All self checkouts closed except 2, and one of the machines was stuck saying “a human will be with you in a moment” over and over with nobody coming to help. Stop and Shop, this is unfair to both your employees and your customers who spend their money here. Definitely going to find somewhere else.

    This store serves a lot of elderly patrons, over the loud speaker the other day they announced: Stop & Shop customers please do not part in the spaces dedicated for shoppers that order online groceries! OUTRAGEOUS! You have elderly people in the store that are doing their own shopping and you do not want them to park closest to the entrance, so the people that order online have the nearest spaces! And now you change the store around as a marketing ploy to make people go up and down the isles trying to find products. I was in the store and asked employee where is the sun screen? We went up and down 2 isles and she finally said, "I don't know, I'll go to customer service," I said, "never mind, I'll go to CVS,, and get several items I can't find here, but thanks."Shame on you".

    The chaos that they are making is sending me straight to Shaws. Tip to the leadership- keep organic items separate because the chaos you have made merging everything makes it impossible to find anything
