The meat is good quality and the fish is fresh. Join their free "for U" program and get access to members' only super discounts. I always save at least $20 per trip. In addition "for U" members earn points that can be used for free items or $ off of your total order. Star Market is the sister store and Shaw's specials and coupons are good for both stores.
