He was kind courteous and professional and most certainly deserves a promotion and raise! 10/10! Sadie in customer service was also delightful! Tonight, in the bitter cold, I contacted Shaw’s to ask if they could provide a warm place for an elderly, disabled woman to sit while she waited. They immediately let me know she was welcome to sit in the Starbucks area. I told him she was coming in to grab some coffee and thank them for their assistance. When I later checked back in with her, she told me the staff went above and beyond — recognizing her as she walked in, bringing her in and and making her a hot cup of tea upstairs while she waited, as Starbucks was closed. Their kindness made all the difference for her. It’s small acts like this that restore your faith in humanity.

They overcharged me on blueberries which was advertised as á U type of coupon. I find the major problem is what is input into the system and what is left out. I'm pretty good about finding errors. Sometimes I catch them in the store but sometimes I have to return the next day using gas and wasting my time. I'm always treated respectfully by customer service. But it's tiring that it happens so frequently.
