I contacted them via online chat and was told the missing items would be delivered the next day, but it’s been three days and I still haven’t received what I paid for. I contacted the store directly twice, and each time I was told the manager wasn’t available and would call me — but that never happened, and now it’s the third day. Today I contacted them again via online chat and requested a refund. I was told I have to wait a week to find out if the refund will be approved. What a completely unprofessional way to treat customers! Of course the refund must be approved — not “if it will be approved” — because it’s their mistake. Someone should be responsible for checking what goes out of the store, so they can know whether it was a packing error or the items went missing on the way to the customer’s address.
