- BRBay RoseAug 13, 20251.0I usually don’t write reviews even if I had a bad experience, but this Dunkin was awful. I’ve worked at a few myself before and I was appalled at the service. I only got a coffee and a bagel but I could tell by looking at the coffee already that something was off. It was bubbly at the top and off color from my usual order. I decided to try it anyway and it tasted nasty. I could only think it was the bottom of the iced coffee shuttle to have it foam at the top like that. Mistakes happen so I asked for it to be remade. The girl behind the counter looked at me asked me what I wanted which I asked again that I wanted it remade because it didn’t taste good. She only replied with “why?” She gave me the impression that I was being unreasonable for asking for a remake with the deadest stare. She took my previous drink and went over to the side where a shift lead took over. The shift lead was fine, but I was irritated by the previous worker’s attitude. Thankfully I don’t live in Harwich, but I don’t recommend this Dunkin.
