I was hoping the experience would be better this time, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The way Pam at the customer service desk handled the return felt very rude and childish. If possible, I would recommend avoiding dealing with her at the Hanson Shaw’s location.

Also They no longer supply wipes at the front door, and I have to bring my own to make sure I have a clean shopping experience. This is despicable. They are also no longer any trash barrels out front. Seems to me perhaps the manager is too lazy to get employees to empty the trash and refill the wipes? Sad! Funny Shaws in Carver still manages to put out their wipes! And yes, after an incident with a rude employee, running the self checkouts, I did report this all to corporate.
