  The lady at the window today at 2 was extremely rude and got mad because she got our order wrong and I have a 16 year old driving who didn't deserve that. I tried asking for change but she shut window twice and forgot the munchkins 0 stars for service. I will never come back here

  I’ve been this morning at the store and I said good morning twice for the attendant Britney, she should not be there, This employee shouldn't be working with people if she ignores them... I emphasized to her that I was saying good morning, I said: "Good morning, I said good morning to you twice," and she simply ignored me. I don't know if she gave me her real name, but this just happened, first time in this store...

  0 percent skills in comprehension and coffee making. 3 go arounds through the drive through for a simple iced coffee.all 3 of them were sewage. no ice wrong ingredients wrong size they messed up in 3 different ways on the same simple coffee that i repeated about 3 times per trip. i just gave up. its like this every time.

  The staff at this busy Dunks does a great job. The weekday morning team is exceptional. The woman with the southern accent is always so friendly and makes sure our order is correct every day. Much appreciated.

  I live on Brook Street. I’m Thai, and my husband is Polish. I moved to America about five years ago. For almost four years, nearly every Friday or Saturday, my husband and I would stop by for coffee and donuts before going to work. The staff there were always kind and provided excellent service. Then, sometime earlier this year—though I can’t remember exactly when—the familiar staff gradually disappeared. One day, an older woman appeared, someone we had never seen before. She always looked annoyed and spoke in an irritated tone, as if she didn’t want to serve customers at all. My husband and I tried not to think too much of it, but every time we encountered her, it was the same unpleasant attitude. Eventually, we decided to switch to another branch near our workplace. This morning, however, we went back to the branch near our home. I silently prayed we wouldn’t see that woman again. But as soon as we arrived, I thought to myself, oh my gosh—there she was, standing near the counter. She didn’t even come forward to ask me, “What can I get for you?” I said, “Can I have two medium hot coffees and two hat browns, please.” She raised her hand, walked over to the sandwich station, and said to another employee, “I don’t understand what she said.” A male employee came to the counter and asked what I wanted. I explained, “She doesn’t understand my English.” He apologized, saying, “Sorry about that.” I held back my feelings and told myself this would be the last time I let that woman treat me this way. She was extremely rude. ---
