The sauces they provided were also delicious. I had a guest from Texas, and they like to think they are BBQ experts, and even they loved the food.

The pig and cornbread were great but disappointed in his business practices.

Scott makes everything so moist and tender and always does a fabulous job ! He does such a wonderful job with huge crowds ( bike runs and fundraisers) and always brings enough food .
