  Waited 45 MINUTES for food. Never in my life have I waited that long for FAST FOOD. Had to use a broken kiosk because that was only working option. Only two people working on a Saturday at 7pm is crazy. They prioritized drive through which I understand but after 40 minutes it was clear they hadn’t even looked at the orders from people inside. We were then met with such nasty behavior by an employee when we got our food. After that wait, we should’ve been refunded not made to be stupid by employees for asking for our correct drink. It was so rude that ANOTHER customer witnessing made a comment to us about how awful the service had been, she wasn’t even aware of how long we had been waiting. I never leave reviews but I would like to warn people to never ever give this place their time. This location needs to be closed clearly because it seems that this is the normal there

  Mobile ordered leaving work (family of 5, so being fair giving them a 15-20 min head start). Promise time in the app 7:52pm, left at 8:47pm....and once I drove dinner home 20 mins....95% wrong. I would have been annoyed but let it go if the food was at least right. Also had missing items. Customer Service isn't answering request for followup. Starting to think they know they're trash so why bother mending issues (I've had issues at all 3 locations near me)

  Absolutely terrible experience. Waited 20 minutes inside watching the employees goof around and let their puffer jacket sleeves drag across the food they were preparing. Zero sense of hygiene or urgency. When I finally gave up and went through the drive thru to see if that would be faster, they told me I still needed to wait inside. And as I'm sitting here writing this review, there are literally teens jumping on top of the tables. Every single time I come to this location it's the same thing, employees swearing loudly, dragging their feet, taking forever, and apparently a dress code doesn't exist here. No uniforms, no professionalism, no standards whatsoever. This is my last time coming to this Taco Bell. Do better or close down because this is embarrassing.

  If I could, I’d give a -0 star. 25 minutes for five basic hardshell tacos, multiple people standing in line not one person came to the counter. Watched multiple GrubHub and DoorDash people come in with their delivery orders messed up and had to cancel their customers orders. So they’re losing out on money too. The place is a disgrace.
