I went to get breakfast and I ordered on the app. I walked in and waited for about 30 minutes for someone to notice I was standing there waiting for my food. Everyone in the back noticed I was there but still no one approached me. Finally the manager or lead looks at me and says sorry, he asked me what I ordered and I told him. My food wasn't even prepared yet after the 30 minutes. He comes back over to me with my cup and says "do you know where the nearest urgent care is?" At this point I was just shocked that an employee is asking a customer this type of question. He then sticks out his hand and says "look at my finger, it's red and swollen and look how it looks compared to my other one." I'm extremely grossed out at this point and ready to walk out. He wasn't wearing gloves or anything to cover his hand. Needless to say I grabbed my food and walked out. I did not feel comfortable eating the food and hoped to cancel it on the app or request a refund. Wasn't able to find that option in the app. I laughed when I got a survey sent to my email. I even selected "yes I would like to be contacted" nothing came out of that. I didn't want to bother requesting anything from him as I feel like it would go no where and he would start going off about his personal issues which were already brought up to me from him. So, never going back again. Absolutely disgusting and someone with a red swollen finger should not be handling food. Where's the health inspector when you need them.
