When I told him my order, I saw him walk over to the bag and look at the clock. He came over to me and said I was still waiting on fries, but it’s been a little bit and offered to make me some new burgers. I Ask him how long ago I ordered, and he walked back over to the bag. He looked at the bag, looked at the clock, and threw the cheeseburgers in the trash. He came over to me and said I came here with expectations of fresh cheeseburgers, And he’s making sure I get what I expect. You can’t teach that! Beyond satisfied with the level of service, I got there tonight! Thank you!

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
