    Never been to a worse Dunkin in my life. Never get the order correct and the attitude of the staff is crazy. I ordered two coffees they only have me one and when I asked for the other one they tried to get me to get back in line (at the end) and order the other one separately. They hadn’t even charged me yet and didn’t understand how to add the second coffee to my order. Just go a mile or two up to a different one

    What a trainwreck this store is and looking at other reviews it wasn't just me. The manager on duty was very nice as was the young man on drive thru in the Dunking outfit but the rest of the staff should be fired or at minimum not allowed to work the same shift. It was very obvious they had no respect for the manager on duty. They were very loud having a personal conversation over at the food prep area. Maybe if they were focused on their jobs & not talking my order would have been correct. I asked for a donut & ordered a bagel toasted medium with butter on both sides. I got my bagel when they threw that at me I said excuse me I need my donut not only was I given the donut but I had to say excuse me loudly to get their attention at which time they complained I scared them. Hmmm if we were paying attention to customers maybe my need for your attention wouldn't have scared you.
