  Wow I never knew how bad the reviews were for this place until I checked! The portions are terrible honestly, I barely got any rice or beans in my bowl. The girl working the drive through lane didn't say one word to my boyfriend when we picked up our food, she was just totally silent the whole time. She was laughing with some guy before opening the window to hand us our bag though. 🤦‍♀️ Totally rude and mannerless.

  You’re most likely reading this for the same reason I’m writing it. And if not, consider this your warning. I’ve given this place far too many chances simply because it’s convenient, but I’m done. The quality here is consistently abysmal. There’s been multiple cases where I have not received what I have ordered. The first incident that should’ve been my last, as seen pictured below, was supposed to be a quesadilla but turned out to be a 2 bite miniature burrito with a meager amount of chicken and cheese inside. Today I received a bowl that was only half full. Beyond the pathetic portions, the cleanliness is equally appalling. The trash cans are always overflowing, and the tables are perpetually dirty. It’s clear that basic standards aren’t being maintained here. Given what Chipotle charges, this is completely unacceptable. The lack of portion control, quality standards, and basic hygiene at this location is embarrassing, (Let alone the slim chance the person at the register will be able to speak English) Save yourself the frustration and go across the street to Cava and get twice the amount of food for the price.

  Every time we go to this chipotle, they are always out of sour cream and salad dressing and I have a feeling that it is just in the back and they are just too lazy to go back there and get it everyone there who is working has such a bad attitude and the guacamole always has a dark green tint like it has been sitting there for a while they also are always out of the sautéed veggies everyone there just is very low morale and not very happy I usually never review on places, but I will drive an extra 15 minutes to go to the Hingham location rather than going here I will not be giving this place. Another shot. I will drive to the Hingham location.
