  Always have a great experience at the Cava in Hanover. Food is always fresh and staff is always friendly. Highly recommend.

  Today was my first day ever trying Cava. I have no prior experience with Mediterranean food and was kind of nervous going in there not knowing what to get. As I sat there, dumbfounded, I was approached by a young man named Kobe one of the workers. He saw that I was looking a little confused and asked how he could help me today. He was one of the six employees on that came over to help me. I told him I did not really know what to get, and he helped me throughout the whole process by making something that he usually eats. I was totally fine with him doing this because I’m not a picky eater and I love to try new things. The finished product was unbelievable. The food was bursting with flavor and everything tasted so fresh. What really caught me off guard was Kobe’s act of kindness. When we got to the register for me to check out, Kobe said to me that the meal was on him because I was a first time customer and he wanted me to enjoy it. In my life going to restaurants, I’ve never had an experience like this before. He took the time out of his workday to practically walk me through what’s on the menu and build my bowl, and then offers to pay for my meal for me. This man, right here is a good man and one that any employer should be happy to have on their staff. To the managers of this location, you should really give Kobe a pat on the back for his unbelievable hospitality and generosity. After my experience here today, I will definitely be coming back to try more food to enjoy the atmosphere. Once again, I wanna say thank you to Kobe for helping me and making my first time at cava a memorable one.

  Very ok place to grab a quick meal. Do yourself a favor and DON’T use the app!!! 3 times I used the app and food was not ready whatsoever!!! Get the line and build your bowl. Good luck!

  I come here a couple times a week since I work nearby, it’s my favorite CAVA! The staff are always friendly and smiling, even when it’s busy.

  Clean great service and food is fresh and delicious. Teara (GM) in Dedham helping out the new store and Edwina Hanover store manager are doing an awesome job!!
