    I ordered a latte with less ice but received a drink filled with ice. When I politely asked if it to be remade with less ice, the staff member agreed. However, the replacement drink came back not only with less ice, but also noticeably less coffee. This was surprising, as I’ve ordered the same drink with less ice at multiple locations over the past couple months and consistently received a full cup of coffee. I was then told that the lattes are pre-measured. Which is frustrating as that’s never been the case at other locations. If that’s how the drinks are prepared that’s fine, but it would be better to communicate that upfront rather than end up remaking the drink to be the same and waste everyone’s time.

    20 visits a month, yet my order is rarely right. I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time—I visit roughly 20 out of 30 days a month. I want to love this location, and the staff is familiar with me, but the consistency has plummeted. I’ve reached a breaking point after repeatedly receiving burnt bagels, incorrect cheese, and missing add-ons that I’ve paid for. I understand mistakes happen, but at this frequency, I’m essentially paying a premium to receive exactly what I didn’t order. I’d love to keep coming here, but I need to know that my loyalty (and my money) is being met with basic accuracy.

    I keep trying at least because my daughter goes to school by there. They don't know whats on the menu the drive thru mic the whole neighborhood can hear but they can't hear you order. Had to bring my drink back after waiting at the drive thru was issued another cold one just as nasty as the first so now ALL DONE..
