    The older lady at the inside register might be the most miserable person I’ve ever seen working at a Dunkin’s. I received the wrong order in the drive through so I went inside and patiently waited for 15 minutes her to help TWO people in front of me. When I told her what I had ordered, she never said another word to me. She dug through my munchkins and pulled out the incorrect flavors, replaced them and recounted to make sure I didn’t get too many. Never apologized or acknowledged my existence afterwards. I assume she is the keeper of the oat milk too. Every weekend we have to ask for more oat milk so the coffee doesn’t look and taste black. Everyone else is so nice, it’s a shame she ruins the place.

    Order was wrong and they couldn't redeem my free drink reward which was a little frustrating. The girls were apologetic and sweet about it though.
