  Yesterday, Thursday 04/02, around afternoon, I came in to order my regular when a short (about 5’2/5’3) blond white boy was giving me an attitude the entire time. I can’t remember his name, if he was wearing a name tag or not, but when I came up to order, he didn’t greet me, looked very irritated, and seemed like he didn't even want to acknowledge me. I was standing right there at the register, and he looked at me but didn’t take my order nor told any other workers I was ready. He simply walked away. Usually all the workers there are sweet and kind, but this one in particular had poor customer service. Hopefully management does something about it.

  I've traveled across the country on a road trip, stopping at panera's in various states. Many I would say many are "Poop-nera's" but this one is the full juxtaposed polar opposite. Employees are happy, iced coffee is strong, and amazing quality + service greater than all the other many panera's we've tried. Above and beyond on this one, you guys get an A+ in every aspect.

  I was pleasantly surprised by my experience today. Greeted warmly by a recently hired employee who graciously answered all my questions. So satisfied by the generosity of the Harvest Salad I ordered. It's a very cold evening, and they heated up the chicken. Yay!
