    From past experiences I knew My food would be cold, not warm, nor hot as expected. I gave it another shot after getting out of work. It was cold fries cold chicken cold, burger cheese didn't melt because it was cold. This place WAS good but staff does not care. Temperatures pose a risk. Not worth it.

    Can't pick up more than two mobile orders per drive thru car. *THIS ISNT EVEN A CORPORATE RULE*. If this location wants to enforce something like this it should be posted clearly and on the mobile app rather than making a paying customer wait an additional 45+ minutes to get their food while being laughed at by the workers for not knowing this "rule" and being frustrated by it after already waiting in line for 45 minutes. People do mobile orders to make it easier on the workers so thinking that making us wait longer is at all helpful to anyone when the third order is clearly ready and they just don't want to hand it out to us is another level of crazy. The workers were not apologetic or accommodating at all. Posting this as we leave for the time and date and hopefully they may be held accountable

    I moved out of the area about six months ago and I’m still working in the area so I stopped at Wendy’s today on my way home from a very long day at work and my experience sucked so bad that I just won’t be back. I mean in reality this wasn’t the best place to go anyway as they’ve gone downhill in the past three years in my opinion, but now it’s so much worse . This has to be the worst Wendy’s this side of the moon. Customer service is absolutely atrocious, I don’t even think there’s a manager on duty and I would be shocked to find out I’m wrong, and I don’t know what the hell they’re hiring these days, but it’s unpleasant to deal with. Shame on Wendy’s in Hadley, Massachusetts, you need to do better.! After today’s experience, it is very very clear as to why Wendy’s is failing as a company now. They’re no longer on par anywhere not just Hadley.

    this is the second time i’ve visited this location and both were awful. walked in the door and wasn’t greeted by the employee literally standing at the register. she took our order 5 minutes later, normally, but upon giving my boyfriend his change the cashier practically dropped it in his hand (germs are icky so i get it but she was wearing gloves) and THEN proceeded to grab the single bills she had haphazardly placed onto the counter and, without straightening them out, grabbed them in a handful and gave them to him as is. also asked if to here or to go, it was an order for IN the restaurant and we were still given a bag (just like last time). was never asked if we wanted a receipt, either. just poor customer service all around. The cherry on top was our food being cold directly after taking it out of the bag :)
