I moved down south and there is quite literally nothing like hot table down there. It’s nearly impossible to find any type of panini at any resturant never mind a panini resturant itself. My quality of life sucks without a local hot table. It would do NUMBERS if you opened up franchises. You guys are sitting on absolute GREATNESS. Also; Juan at the Hadley location is the best!!
