Today I ordered a drink and simply asked to add 1 sandwich at the window. You rolled your eyes at me, laughed with your coworkers, shook your head, and made me feel stupid for asking something so small. It’s your job. I didn’t ask you to make a hundred things sandwiches, I just wanted to add one item. The attitude every single time is uncalled for and so unprofessional. If you hate your job that much, then maybe it’s time to move on instead of taking it out on paying customers who are literally being polite. That kind of energy will get you nowhere in life. Do better.

We asked politely if it could get remade and watched them close the window to giggle at us and then they told us “thats just how it comes”. I would understand if they said they were in a rush and couldn’t remake it..but to laugh and just lie. Awful. Terrible customer service.
