I called to ask about it and was yelled at by the delivery driver…the delivery drivers name was district I’m actually so shocked if there was a miscommunication I’m trying to sort it out over the phone and you’re literally being so rude yelling at me and cut the call also I did not get my tip back extremely hostile I’ve literally worked in service before and I’m patient with drivers there was absolutely no reason to talk to me like that I was kind and trying to understand why the order never delivered I’m actually being so serious if you want pizza get it elsewhere I have ordered here before and had no problems the one day I’m on my period and js wanted something to eat I’m disrespected

The app says my street is not deliverable has been since the app was made. Called because past managers would let me call in orders. Apparently they cared and the new one doesn’t he says that they won’t deliver here, mind you the they will deliver a miles further away than me just not my street. Disappointed in the decline of customer service. Northampton will get my business and only when I can do carry out I guess.
