But if you had tens and you had enough tens you would have change for my $100 bill. I even asked even if I bought $100 worth of stuff. Would you accept the $100 they said no like that doesn't make any sense

I understand things can get busy in the morning but on multiple occasions I have been waiting 10+ minutes for a basic iced coffee. I have been in danger of being late for work because of the slowness on two occasions and had to walk out even though I paid and never received my order. Again I understand things happen and there are busy times but this is a consistent theme of this particular location. I would rather leave for work early and drive out of my way to a different location than deal with this one.

I actually stopped going to sunks for a lot time because I was so sick of my order always being g wrong or the coffee being gross.. I went today just because it was convenient and I was starving.. got my order wrong. Then you try and get a refund and the app is like, “here, let me give you some points..” No, I don’t want points. I want my correct order or I want my money back. Pretty simple.
