- ZHzakaria hamidineJan 23, 20251.0Disappointed Experience at Subway I went to a Subway store to pick up 9 sandwiches for my employees, but the lady at the front said they couldn't serve us because it was a "big order" and required a 24-hour notice. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, which made the experience even worse. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. This encounter has completely turned me off from visiting any Subway locations in the future.
