My hamburger smelled like fish ? I asked & was told order another ! Not okay I was on the road wt my Olde son he's always enjoyed McDonald's yet that happened and the 2 employees lady's didn't want to help me or understand what happened to stop this. Not okay McDonald's

By far the slowest “fast food” in Greenfield. First few trips through I just figured they were busy but it’s clearly a management issue. Not only is the drive thru super slow,
if you think you’re gonna beat the wait by going inside you’ll be even more disappointed. Do yourself a favor and just go to Starbucks. Service is leaps and bounds better and the quality of coffee and food is worth the extra few bucks. Especially if you value your time.

Look I am not too impatient, but I came here at 710 and have been sitting behind 1 car for 15 minutes both waiting just to order. I have a pickup order and none of us are being helped or noone is working the drive through.

The wait for anything was atrocious. My husband and I went into the drive through which took about 10-15 mins to order, we got up to the window to pay decently quick after ordering. After we paid we got to the window to pickup our food and it took a few minutes before someone came, but he did and brought us our smoothie (we ordered fries, a smoothie and apple pie). After he handed us the smoothie he directed us to the parking lot to wait for the rest of our order, upon turning in we saw about 10 other cars that were ahead of us waiting for their food. Being a fast food restaurant we were in somewhat of a rush to head to our destination so I decided to go in and see if I could get an eta on the order or wait in there for it. Upon entering inside there was around 5-8 people waiting in line with no one at the register, and about 5 ish people waiting to the side for their food. I waited inside for about 5 mins before realizing we weren’t going to get service anytime soon since the cashier still had not taken care of anyone who was waiting ahead of me. I did intend on just asking for a refund for the fries and pie but once again had no ability to even talk to a worker there. In that meantime we had a worker come out the car to inform my husband that there was no pie but did not recommend refunding it nor swapping it for something else just an I’m sorry. We ended up leaving the establishment once we regrouped back in our car.
The entire situation was around 30 mins in total. Ended up not receiving food nor a refund. They NEED more staffing ASAP, not the staffs fault but this resulted in a not so fun experience
