I had ordered a 12-inch sub online late this afternoon, and when I arrived to pick it up, it was only a 6-inch sub. However, upon pointing this out to the friendly woman at the counter, she apologized promptly and noted the confusion on the way the order may have been interpreted from the receipt. She then offered to make me a second 6-inch sub to rectify the situation and did so promptly. As I told her, I wasn't trying to give her a hard time, and she was doing exactly the right thing given the circumstances. I rate a mistake that is promptly fixed as the highest form of customer service. Hence, this is mostly a review to say that at least at this location, there is at least one person who deserves praise.
