There are two McDonald’s in this town. One of them usually gives you exactly what you ordered. It isn’t this one.
Check that everything is correct before you drive away.

I regularly order using Table Service because I have limited mobility and cannot walk easily.
However, every time I use Table Service, the staff still shouts my name and table number from the counter and expects me to come pick up the order myself.
This completely defeats the purpose of Table Service. If I still have to stand up and walk to the counter, then it is not Table Service at all.
Please either make sure that Table Service is actually delivered to the table as advertised, or clearly inform customers that this option is not really supported at this location.
For customers like me, this is not a convenience — it is a necessity.
