I ordered from this McDonald’s many times and have never had a problem. The last two times I ordered from there, my burgers were straight raw in the middle. I mean it was all pink and the outside was barely browned. I had ordered the Big Arch, and I just threw it out. A couple days go by and I decided to try again, hoping they would get it right. Nope, same thing, my burger was raw. I don’t know what is going on over there, but that is not okay when people are paying a lot for a meal. I’ll leave two stars only for the fact my fries were pretty good!

Driving through Greenfield on RT 2 just after 7pm and decided to hit the mcdonalds drive through. No one was at the drive up and I ordered 2 meals. The filet of fish with a bottle of water and 4 piece chicken tenders with a bottle of water. I was told pull up to the second window. When I pulled around the corner there was one car in front of me waiting at the window. 10 minutes later that car was told to pull forward and wait. I pulled up and waited. Finally the teenager handed me the 2 bottles of water and told me to pull forward. This wasn't a complicated order. I waited 25 minutes, cars behind us were honking and 7 cars were told to pull ahead and wait. A girl came out carrying a tray with half a dozen orders on it and asked me what my order was. I told her, she handed me a bag. The food had been thrown inside the bag upside down and was all over the bottom of the bag. The fries were cold, 2 of the chicken stripes were cold and I don't think they were even cooked. The help there doesn't care, the service is horrible, don't waste your time there are plenty of other locations nearby.

My hamburger smelled like fish ? I asked & was told order another ! Not okay I was on the road wt my Olde son he's always enjoyed McDonald's yet that happened and the 2 employees lady's didn't want to help me or understand what happened to stop this. Not okay McDonald's

By far the slowest “fast food” in Greenfield. First few trips through I just figured they were busy but it’s clearly a management issue. Not only is the drive thru super slow,
if you think you’re gonna beat the wait by going inside you’ll be even more disappointed. Do yourself a favor and just go to Starbucks. Service is leaps and bounds better and the quality of coffee and food is worth the extra few bucks. Especially if you value your time.

Look I am not too impatient, but I came here at 710 and have been sitting behind 1 car for 15 minutes both waiting just to order. I have a pickup order and none of us are being helped or noone is working the drive through.
