The exterior is sad, unkempt and the sign post looks like a drunk maniac slammed into it sometime in the late 70's. Next, don't let the name "Kobe" fool you; you wont be getting some fancy, top-of-the-line steak. This place is a mash-up of Chinese, Japanese, sushi and hibachi. But though the place is a little thematically confusing, the food was better than expected and the service was good. So all in all, not the worst experience for a restaurant next to a Home Depot.
