The exterior is sad, unkempt and the sign post looks like a drunk maniac slammed into it sometime in the late 70's. Next, don't let the name "Kobe" fool you; you wont be getting some fancy, top-of-the-line steak. This place is a mash-up of Chinese, Japanese, sushi and hibachi. But though the place is a little thematically confusing, the food was better than expected and the service was good. So all in all, not the worst experience for a restaurant next to a Home Depot.

We questioned if they were even open due to the weeds growing up around the side walk. And along the parking area. Appearances matter! Other than that no complaints. Prices are as expected for hibachi/sushi.

Our server was very polite and quick, while also not even writing our orders down, they memorised them easily! Their alchohol is cheap and still has all the classics. Their side room is chilly, with comfy booths. The wait time is short and food is hot and fresh! Go during Lunch on a friday, Its empty and pleasant.
