I have never had a smooth transaction here, the kids that work here just stand around and talk. Off the clock workers stand there and distract the workers, while awkwardly glaring at customers. My coffee (only thing i ordered) was ready and just sitting on the counter for several minutes before I was called. Ridiculous mcdonalds has better quality and service. Apparently you need to ring a bell to get your mobile order put on the mobile order shelf...no sign letting customers know that. I was standing with 2 other customers waiting on mobile orders. All of us could see our bags no staff was addressing us.
