While I was counting my change to pay for a bagel, one of the employees yelled at me, stating that they needed to move on to the next vehicle. Immediately following this, another female worker slammed the drive-through window in my face. Furthermore, there was loud rap music blaring out of the window during the entire interaction. I found the behavior of your staff to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Being treated this way during a difficult personal time was deeply upsetting. I hope you will look into this matter and ensure that your customers are treated with basic respect and courtesy in the future. Regards, Robert Kelley
