  When I got to the drive thru I thought my order was 30 dollars when i got to the window she said it was 24. I gave the worker my 30 dollars and the worker said that i was still short. Not knowing how i could be short on change if i gave her extra I asked her how I was short and she wouldn’t answer until i gave her another dollar and then said i gave her a 10, two 5’s, and a one when I gave her 3 five’s and 4 ones. I was essentially yelling for her attention through the drive thru before she put the money into the register but knew she was wrong and kept my money and had an attitude when i told her i knew how much i had. I understand it is mcdonalds but stealing my money is kind of crazy.

  Lol, what's missing in the pic? First time seeing an order came out like this. 2 stars.....Add one star cause we got a good laugh out of it

  If I could give this 0 Stars I would, worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while your workers sat there and walked past me 10+ times, never once gotten my order taken. They all deserved to be fired, how do you see a customer waiting to be helped, and you just walk by them 10+ times without saying a single word. I even asked can you please take my order with no response, and continue to walk around cleaning tables instead of helping the customers. WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN, AND SUGGEST NO ONE TO GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA WAIT 1 HOUR TO GET YOUR ORDER TAKEN.

  Over 20 minutes in line to order a hot chocolate, only to be told the machine is broken.

  Took 15 minutes to cook 3 items when they weren't busy. I usually skip McDonald's and this visit had proven why I do.
